Amanda Phillips

My name is Amanda Phillips, Guest Group’s newest realtor. As a Greenville native, I have seen the tremendous growth that our area has experienced over the last 30 years. I am excited to join Guest Group, LLC as a REALTOR after spending 10 years in Healthcare Administration as a hospital caseworker and nursing home administrator.

Some fun facts about me are: I am also an ordained ceremonial minister, providing wedding ceremony offication since 2011. I have three children, a 6-year-old girl, a 2-year-old boy, and a baby on the way this December 2018. My husband, Chad, and I have been married for 10 years as of last September and enjoy riding our Harley Fatboy together. My daughter and I take clogging, tap, jazz, and ballet lessons and love to sing together. Lastly, I graduated Blue Ridge High School in 2002, Furman University with a bachelor’s of arts in sociology in 2006, and Strayer University with a master’s of health services administration in 2010.

My passion is helping others through potentially difficult, yet tremendously exciting life events. I spent those 10 years doing such in healthcare, then realized early this year I would truly be happier if I followed my dream of working in Real Estate.

I remember buying my home 11 years ago and was fascinated by the entire process. The personal relationship built with your realtor is paramount to ensuring your buying or selling experience is positive. My goal is to build your trust and therefore a personal relationship through which I can assist you with finding the home best suited for your family or selling your home as you move on to another chapter in your life!
